The increase of the internal space enables the rotor to accommodate more feeds and the amount of processing is greatly increased. At the same time, the increase of the internal space can also reduce the wear of the material on the upper and lower runner plates and extend the service life of the runner plates.

For example, the impact block is changed from the traditional rectangle to a new diamond design, which avoids excessive wear of the contact material in the rectangular impact block during use, thereby effectively increasing the service life of the impact block; The material head is designed in a segmented manner and the auxiliary throwing head design is successfully applied. In this way, the utilization efficiency of the throwing head can be increased by more than 50%, which effectively avoids the accidental replacement of the throwing head caused by material negligence and the material damage to the impeller body in the actual operation, and greatly improves the safety factor of the machine.
